and filled with imagery
that tug at your heart.
In the end, you wonder...
did he or didn't he?

Each descent with a deceased family member,
childhood friend,
family foe
seems to foreshadow
the
c
h
a
i
n
of gun violence,
loss
and
death.
Did he or didn't he?

A poignant read that will hurt your heart and cause you to read the book in short spurts. Did he or didn't he may not be answered by the end of the book but to me it was alluded to throughout the novel.
